ExpressLine is our 24 hour touch tone telephone home banking
system. With ExpressLine, you can call anytime to find out what
checks have cleared, find out your account balance, make transfers,
advance on your line of credit, request withdrawals, and much
more. You have access to a wealth of information available to
you at your convenience.
ExpressLine is bilingual. You have the option to choose which
language preference you are comfortable with, either English
or Spanish. Plus, you don't have to be technologically brilliant
to use the system. You decide which mode is best for you, menu
driven or code driven. Once you have signed up, you can make
the selection that's best for you.
How Do I Use ExpressLine?
Once you've signed up, you will receive a four digit access
code. Call Allied at 209-235-9119 and press 5 (1-800-872-2388
ext 5 for out of Stockton area
members). The system will welcome you to ExpressLine and ask you for your
account number and four digit access code. Once you have entered those numbers
and pressed the # key, the system will prompt you in the menu driven mode
to enter which transaction you wish to make. You may make multiple transactions
in one call. During any call you can change your access code, language preference
and mode preference. To revert to a previous menu, press the # key. Once
you have completed your business, press the * key. It's that simple.
How Much Does ExpressLine Cost?
Nothing! There is no fee to use the service.
How Do I Sign Up?
Simply call us or email us. We'll send you an application form to complete
and return to the credit union. You'll be issued a four digit access code
that
will allow you to enter the system and start using it right away.
